But, good news! I will leave tomorrow for Heidelberg and my good friend Renee has been very generous and offered to host this tourist bum! Potential also for a road trip to Switzerland and maybe visit to Italy (this girl gets around!), although with the floods there I’m not sure how that will work out?!
Anyway, had a ball here.. will do a proper reporting job later.. perhaps.
I’d wait a little while until the floods subside, sounds like a fair bit of infrastructure damage too. We’ll have a beer in your honour tomorrow night at Goat 😉

Not sure exactly if the trip is for her work or a holiday and where she was going. Guess it will depend on the where and why.. I’m happy to explore Heidelberg anyway. Still raining here on and off.

Tee, Hatchy strange, but surviving. Won’t come in for some reason; doesn’t like the dog licking his lips and waiting for him to come out from under the couch. Won’t go out the front, too scared of different noises, so spends most of his day in different spots in the laundry.
Don’t talk about eating.. we visited the MEGA HUGE MASSIVE schnitzel place after dropping Loris off at the airport. I’m a pig, but I’ve never eaten until I’ve spewed before. It was all Renee’s fault! She made me do it!
It’s okay, it makes starting my "eat air for two months" diet much easier..
