Expecting to buy one of the OnGuard(?) cables from Croydon Cycleworks I was a little disappointed to see only the 10ft long version. “A bit too long for my needs”, I thought. I was pretty surprised when Mick reached under the Magic Desk and pulled out a 7ft Kryptonite cable! Exactly what I was after! He doesn’t even stock Kryptonite!! “I’ll add it to your tab..” and that was that! Yay!
Also hit Cycle Science in Mitcham and bought a Deuter “Trail” handlebar bag for $129.95.

The handlebar bag is for the 4.1kg of Mary Jane that I’m taking to Bali for a holiday and the Krypto is setup in such a way as to be able to lasso passing Fiats without tearing entire rusted panels off.. 🙂
