How old would you say Hatchie would’ve been?
We found 1.5m of a brown snake which had been chewed. Tango brought it around the back. We figured Hatchie fought the snake and saved us. Brave to the end!!
I know we weren’t always close, but every time I now go to the kitchen sink I look out the window and expect to see him there. He waited every morning on the table in the laundry, meowing for breakfast. Actually, he’d be there meowing at any time of day for a feed. But I can’t help but look every time I go there – and he’s not there 🙁
