No, not a tuned V8 mate.. just me, bailing on my third day at my new job because my body wants to reject nutrients.. rapidly, if you get my drift?

I did actually make it into work, on the off chance I’d be able to function, but alas, no. Five minutes later and a few quid poorer I was out the door and heading home. Spent Friday in bed until ~7pm, woke, threw up some more, watched half of The Transporter, then went back to bed.

It’s now 4pm Saturday and I’ve finally moved off the couch and into a ‘net cafe to bitch and moan about the fact that my weekend is fscked. Grrr..

Worst part is that I don’t even know why I was sick which means I can’t take steps to prevent it happening again. I can say though brown urine is cool and almost takes two flushes to clear away – now THAT’S dehydration! *flips the bird to sickness*

Wednesday night’s “initiation” was fun. Where did we go? The Volunteer and then Kennington Red Lion or something? Then stayed over at Renae’s (Dan’s girl) place and in hippy’s “all class” fashion rocked up to Day 2 at the new job unwashed and in the same clothes as Day 1. ALL CLASS baby!! ALL CLASS!!

I’ve got to get back up to speed with .NET again before I embarass myself too much. I’ve also got to come up with a grand (that’s ?1000) or more for the deposit and first month’s rent for the place we move into in early March. Fark. Also, because of a fscked up overlap we can’t move straight in so Leo, Mei-Ling and Fiona have been kind enough to let us crash at their (very nice) new place for a few nights while we are “in between” houses. Thanks again guys!

What else can I bitch and moan about? Oh any typos in this post occur because I can’t see the screen.. due to excessive dehydration, NOT masturbation you dirty fockers!

Watched “It’s All Gone Pete Tong” yesterday, before falling asleep during The Transporter that is. Technoheads should watch it. It was kind of dodgy watching it while sick but the end is nice and we all like happy endings right? Which DJ was this movie supposedly based on?? Oh, I think the Transporter rocks btw – he kicks the sh1t out of some guys with bike pedals ffs! Bonus points! Me falling asleep is no reflection of the entertainment value of this film 😉
