I’ve put a deposit down with Daisy from World Coffee Services for a used Bezzera BZ35. It’s working (I had a coffee from it) and it’s half the size of the Gaggia TS1 I was looking at buying (and ?130 cheaper at ?220). It’s missing one of its feet but that should be easy to replace. It could do with a clean but it was serviced by World Coffee Services in March this year. It should make for an interesting comparison to the Gaggia. I’ll hopefully be picking it up Monday night.

I’m thinking back to Stuart aka Hippy aka Mud-Man days… Can you imagine going back in time, coffee machines in hand meeting your 18yo self on the beach and saying "I am you in 12 years time". I think your 30yo self would get punched by your 18yo self! lol
However… when I do eventually get over to the UK, I’m expecting a very good coffee. But seeing as I’d be crossing the earth to hang out, I’d be expecting a really good chai tea while I was at it – from raw ingredients, not a packet. Chai tea fits the whole "hippy" thing way more than italian coffee machines.
Now all you need is a World of Warcraft (WOW… yep… i know what it is) login and you fit the stereotype. IT nerd, Coffee addict and on line gamer!
IT just pays the bills, I have no particular interest in tech these days. Coffee addict is true. I’ve not played a computer game since maybe 2nd-year uni.
