Australia Gets 8Mbit/s Broadband now, 20Mbit Soon

I’ve been using Mozilla Thunderbird as a newsreader for a couple of days now. I like it more than Outlook Express, which I’ve used for many years.

The most obvious improvements are the correct wrapping of text in news messages (which Outlook screws up royally!)and the filtering options. The single-letter keyboard shortcuts for marking threads also enhances efficiency. I’m not sure if OE had shortcuts for this or not but I found them in Thunderbird so, all the better!

So, I’m still reading through Wonder Weasel’s blog and he mentions site statistics.

I think to myself “hey I wonder if my server maintains that kind of info?” and go check..

I’m digging around in there and WTF?! It seems I forgot to setup my website email forwarding (arrr!!) so I haven’t received any emails since this site’s creation!

I’ve got to the the dumbest geek ever!!!! Hopefully I’ve corrected that issue and now might actually reply to your emails.. I’m off into the depths of site admin again now to try and find site stats settings. If I don’t come out, don’t follow me in whatever you do.. I’m done for.
